Mare + Co. was founded in 2026 by Tina Sawtelle at a moment of unexpected transition. One that required courage, clarity, and a willingness to embrace what comes next.

Built from lived experience, Mare + Co. exists to provide strategic, executive partnership to individuals, founders, and organizations who are ready to evolve. Our work is focused on supporting leaders as they navigate growth, technology, change, or reinvention.

Tina’s career spans retail, live entertainment, film festivals, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, and nonprofit leadership. She has led teams of 100+ employees, guided organizations through periods of growth and reorganization, and built cultures rooted in purpose, accountability, and first-class excellence. Mare + Co. was created to share those experiences—bringing seasoned executive perspective to those ready to build what’s next, with intention.
