Based in Dover, NH Tina is a writer, entrepreneur, and experienced businesswoman. She brings a grounded, thoughtful perspective to the podcast’s conversations about life, relationships, resilience, and personal growth. As the founder of Mare + Co., she combines decades of leadership experience with a naturally curious, journalistic approach — asking the questions that keep conversations honest, reflective, and meaningful.
Known for her calm presence and ability to keep things centered, Tina brings structure and depth to the table while creating space for guests to open up authentically. Her passion for conversation and human connection shapes the heart of the show and stems from a decade of interviewing authors and writers in her former role as President and CEO of an arts and entertainment venue.
Lindsay Pilot
Based in New York City, Lindsay has a background in hospitality, and creative strategy. She’s passionate about storytelling, culture, and creating spaces — both online and in real life — where people feel genuinely seen and understood. As the current VP of Client Relations at Mare + Co., and Head of Mare Creative, she brings curiosity, warmth, and emotional transparency to every conversation.
Known for her quick wit, unfiltered opinions, and ability to make people feel comfortable enough to open up, she approaches each episode like an invitation — creating space for real discussions about relationships, identity, ambition, grief, reinvention, and everything in between. Through At Our Table, Lindsay hopes to remind people that no one is alone in what they’re navigating.
